1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Account Verification (KYC)

vd8007 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. All Users must complete mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before their first withdrawal and may be required to undergo additional verification at vd8007's discretion at any time. The verification process requires submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Clear, color photograph or scan of your valid Indonesian identity card (KTP) showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number. Passport or driver's license may be accepted as alternative documents.
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill (electricity, water, or gas), bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three (3) months showing your full name and residential address matching your registration details.

5. Deposits and Payments

5.2 Deposit Processing and Confirmation

Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays may experience delays of up to twenty-four (24) hours. E-wallet deposits are processed instantly twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. vd8007 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees which are your sole responsibility.

5.3 Deposit Source Verification

You warrant that all funds deposited into your vd8007 account originate from legitimate sources and belong to you personally. Deposits from third-party accounts, business accounts, or accounts not registered in your legal name will be rejected and returned to the source account. vd8007 reserves the right to request proof of funds and conduct enhanced due diligence for large or suspicious deposits exceeding Rp 25,000,000 in cumulative monthly value.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified through the KYC process, you must have wagered at least one hundred percent (100%) of your total deposits at least once (anti-money laundering requirement), any active bonuses must be either completed or forfeited, and your account must have no outstanding disputes or investigations. Withdrawal requests can only be processed to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your name matching your verified identity documents.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

11. Account Closure and Suspension

vd8007 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably suspect violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or conduct detrimental to the platform's integrity. In the event of account closure for breach of Terms, vd8007 may forfeit your account balance, cancel pending withdrawals, and recover any bonuses or promotional funds. Legitimate balances from accounts closed without breach of Terms will be returned to the account holder after deduction of any applicable fees or chargebacks.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before account closure is finalized, you must withdraw all remaining balance and forfeit any active bonuses. 12. Limitations of Liability

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
